   e.g. Christmas is the most important holiday in Western countries.

holiday  n.  假期  
作这一用法时, 多为英国英语, 美国则用vacation。
e.g. 下周你休假吗？ (翻译)
       Will you take a holiday / vacation next week?
2. Next, fill the turkey with this bread mix.
    fill “填满; 装满”, 常用于以下结构:
    fill … with …   用……填满……  
         e.g. Fill the bag with apples.
    be filled with “装满了……; 充满了……”, 与be full of … 同义。
        e.g. The bag is filled with apples.
              = The bag is full of apples.
